UTSAV 2024 IS HERE!!

Giving back to our community is something that we like to do all year round, but UTSAV really gives us the chance to get all of you involved. Like how the citizens of ayodhya lit diyas to guide ram and sita home in the dark, we strive to give hope and light to those going through some dark times.

 A charity ensuring that a growing number of disadvantaged children can eat well, make the most of their education, and realise their full potential.

Coffee4Craig is a Manchester based homeless charity. What started as a cup of coffee handed out to a homeless man on the streets of Manchester has grown and developed into the only 7 night a week drop-in centre for the homeless in Manchester City Centre. Offering hot food, support, medical assistance, showers and crisis intervention.

STREET

42nd Street is an innovative Greater Manchester young people’s mental health charity with 40 years’ experience of providing free and confidential services to young people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are only refundable up to 3 weeks before the event, after which, we have a No Refund policy. To request a refund you must contact us by email.

 

Can I get a ticket on the night?

Tickets will not be sold on the night and there will be thorough checking of tickets before admission.

 

When must I be at the venue for?

Arrival is between 5:15 and 6:00. Doors close at 6.30pm therefore you must have had your ticket checked and entered by 6.30. If you do come to the venue later we have the right to reject entry with no refund.

Can my ticket be voided or removed?

Your ticket can be voided or removed if you show any form of behaviour not deemed suitable. Furthermore, tickets can be removed if illegal or controlled substances are brought into the venue. Tickets will be removed with no refund.

Will there be food and drink available on the night?

Yes, food and drinks will be purchasable on the night. All our food will be following the NEMA policy, which means No Eggs, Meat and Alcohol will be served,
 

Are parents allowed?

Yes. You can bring your parents along if you want. You can buy up to five tickets at a time!


Will there be parking available?

There will be some spaces available on the roadside outside the school.
